Process Electroforming
Suitable for forming parts which require intricate designs on inside surfaces. Intricate machining operations can be performed much more easily on the outside surface of the substrate, which acts as form.

This is first machined, and then the contours of the design can be transferred to the inside surface of the deposit by electrodeposition (reproduction). The deposit is then separated from the form.

Deposits must also possess some structural properties, and are very thick. Cost is of primary concern and must be compared with that of producing the article by other means.
It is a slow process (time-factor days.)
